Season 4 Episode 7: Hello, It's Me.

Hello Family!

Feels like a really long time since I have sent out a family email! But, from reading all of your guys emails, it seems like you are all doing very well. First off, I just want to say that I knew Nichole was carrying a boy inside of her! You should name something really unique like Magnum or something like that! Think that would be dope haha! Glad to hear that Trevor is also closing in on coming back to good Ol' America! Glad he has been watched over! Also, congrats to Mason and Julie on the Marriage! Really hoping to get some pictures soon! Sounds like Dad and Bridger had a pretty fun trip in D.C.. Glad you guys are doing well!

I just want to report as well that things are going well over here in Samoa! As of right now we have 3 investigators with baptismal dates and on Sunday some random lady came up to us and gave us 3 referrals that seem pretty promising. Very grateful for ward members who help out the missionaries, especially when we cover such a big area haha! I am loving the work! I honestly can say I love these people so much! Man, I am telling you, Samoan people are so awesome! I just love them! That's all I can really say! The Lord has truly been so merciful to Elder David and I. We have been so blessed and humbled to see the Lord guide us to people who are ready to accept the message that we hold. It is such a unique feeling to be a representative of Christ. I just loving being out here. Everyday. I have such a strong testimony that our Father in Heaven loves each and everyone of us! He truly does care about us and will do everything in his power to get us to come back to him! Just remember it doesn't matter how hard our days are! I can't remember the name of the person who gave this talk in the Past General Conference but, he says "Look Up! Drink It!" I promise you all no matter how dark and dreary the day may be, if we look up to our Father in Heaven, we will be able to count our many blessings.

Season 4 Episode 6: When you Realize Helments Really do Help

So, While I was on a split with Olamaleva we were riding our bikes and for the first time in my mission we decided to ride without....Guess? Yup, without Helmets! Well, I want to first let you all know that I have been get pretty good at riding wheelies. So, we just got done riding up this hill and I saw some kids standing in the road and so I yell out "Kilokilo mai" which means Look here! And then I pop a wheelie and I started riding it for a good 8 seconds. However, something you guys should know also is when I ride my bike I put my heavy bag on the left handle bar. Meaning, after I hit the 8 second mark my bike started to become very unbalanced, The Handle bars fell to left side, my front tire planted on the ground, Elder Barton goes flying over the handle bars, Smashes head first into the asphalt, Stands up and is very dizzy, Head hurts, Blood. Good thing Elder Barton is a Missionary because for some reason the injuries were very minor!!! What did Elder Barton learn? Always where a Helmet and Don't show off in front of little kids!!!!! YAYYYY!!!
